Underground Car Park “Toriparkki”

The underground car park next to Pasaati provides parking for 500 cars, with direct covered pedestrian access to the shopping centre. Entrance from the junction of Kirkkokatu and Laivurinkatu. The height of underground car park is 2,4 meters.

Parking with EasyPark and ParkMan applications

Paying for parking is now even easier! Download the EasyPark or ParkMan app to your phone and the cameras will conveniently recognize your car’s license plate when you drive in!

The park can still be paid with a card machine.

Parking rates

Parking rate is €1 for the first hour then €0.50 for each starting period of 20 mins.
Payment with card, ParkMan or EasyPark -mobile app.

Charging points

There are 8 Kotkan Energia’s charging points (Type 2 22kW) for electric cars at Pasaati’s Toriparkki car park. To charge your car at the Pasaati Shopping Center charging points, you must have a Virta account. If you do not have, you can easily register here

By registering as a KotkaCharge customer, you will receive regional benefits and offers. The mobile application for using the system can be downloaded from the phone’s app store.

Arriving on Public Transport

Local Public Bus

Local public transport buses, whose terminal is on Norskankatu, will take you close to a Pasaati entrance.
