Welcome to Toriparkki!

Toriparkki, located in connection with shopping centre Pasaati, has space for 500 cars and a direct covered entrance to the shopping centre. You can enter the car park at the intersection of Kirkkokatu and Laivurinkatu. The height of the car park is 2.2 meters. Toriparkki does not have barriers at the entrance, which means that cameras will recognise your vehicle’s registration number as you enter the car park.

Payment methods

Parking can be paid with the most common payment cards at Toriparkki’s payment machines as well as with the EasyPark and ParkMan apps. Please note that when using an app, parking must be started from the app itself, as it will not start automatically when you drive in.

Toriparkki has no cash payment option.

With the Autopay Park & Charge app, you can pay for parking automatically or within 48 hours of exiting.

Next hours €0.60 / each beginning 20 min (€1.80/hour)
24 h (continuous) €10.00, maximum charge / 24 h

Contract parking

Toriparkki’s contract parking spaces are located on the lowest level of the car park. The monthly price of contract parking is €77 + VAT (Mon–Sun). Europark Finland Oy is responsible for contract parking agreements. If you have any questions, email sopimukset@europark.fi for more information.

Charging station for electric cars

Kotkan Energia’s electric vehicle charging area has ten Type 2 22kW charging stations.

In order to charge your car at Pasaati’s charging points, you need to have a Virta account. Sign up for a Virta account here! KotkaCharge customers receive region-specific benefits and offers. To use the system, download the mobile app from your phone’s app store.

Car wash Fusha

Car wash Fusha’s services include hand car washes, waxing, interior cleaning and tyre changes. Why not book a service conveniently during your shopping trip? Car wash Fusha is located on the ground floor of Toriparkki.

Arriving on Public Transport

Local Public Bus

Some of the departing and arriving local public transport buses go right next to Pasaati via Keskuskatu and Kirkkokatu.

You can also get to Pasaati by train: just get off at the Kotka Harbour, which is close to Pasaati.
